Durabak 18 on an Ambulance???

Yep! We rolled our camper/ambulance with Durabak18 after using a steam wand to remove the 30 year old vinyl wrap that had disintegrated into cracked bits.

After following the exact directions from Durabak, the job came out perfectly!!!

We used larger textured finish rollers (9"), as the supplied 4" foam rollers would have taken too long to cover the large area of the camper. The 4" rollers worked well, and would be fine for a smaller job. We get a lot of compliments on the Durabak 18 finish.

Superior Product

This stuff is amazing. It applied nicely and cured to my expectation. I used it on the plywood floor in my shed. Located in central Iowa where our winters are very cold and our summers are very hot and humid. So far this bedliner has held up to 2 full years or abuse. I am very happy and highly recommend it.

Orange Smooth paint

I painted my 1984 K5 Blazer before with textured brown Durabak and it faded so I bought a new gallon of orange smooth and sprayed it with a Harbor Freight Avanti airless sprayer and it came out nice.My only issue was that it's sooooo thick and needs to be thinned, perhaps a chart on the website to help us so we don't waste any paint in trial and error. This stuff is tough for anyone with older vehicles that need new paint but you don't want to spend $10K+ for the job due to body shops only wanting to do collision work anymore.
